Procedure


  • Introduction - Where have you seen magnets being used? and lists the answers on the board.
  • introduces natural magnets (lodestone) and artificial magnets with simple examples from home and school.
  • Rainbow mindmap of Magnet will be explained 
  • Activity by students -The activity begins with a short Sanskrit shloka and a multidisciplinary- link . 
  • Students observe objects like iron nails, plastic, wood, coin, key, paper – and classify them as magnetic or non-magnetic.
